1. What this site is
eol.network scrapes and normalizes hardware end-of-sale, end-of-support, and end-of-life notices that vendors publish on their own sites. That is the entire scope.
This is a research and reference tool. It is not a system of record. It is not a support portal. It is not a substitute for your vendor relationship or your contracts.
2. Do not make decisions from this data alone
Before you act on anything here — procurement, refresh planning, decommission timing, contract renewal, budgeting, anything that costs money or puts production at risk — verify the dates directly with the vendor. The vendor's own lifecycle page, their support portal, or your account team are the authoritative sources. This site is not.
If you make a call based on what you read here and it turns out to be wrong, that is on you. Verify first.
3. No warranty
The data is provided as is. No warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any purpose. Vendors change their pages. Parsers miss rows. Products get reclassified. Dates get revised. Assume anything here can be wrong or stale, and verify accordingly.
4. No liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, eol.network and its operator are not liable for any loss, damage, cost, or consequence arising from use of, or reliance on, this site or its data. That includes direct, indirect, incidental, and consequential losses — lost revenue, unsupported equipment running in production, missed refresh windows, contract breaches, downtime, everything.
If you are not comfortable with that allocation of risk, do not use the site.
5. Not affiliated with any vendor
This is an independent project. No affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership with any of the vendors whose product data appears here. Vendor names, product names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and appear only for identification.
6. Vendor sources govern
Where anything on this site conflicts with the vendor's own published lifecycle information or your contractual agreements with the vendor, the vendor's publication and your contracts govern. Always.
7. Acceptable use
Use of this site is also subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. That document covers scraping, rate limits, and redistribution.
8. Changes
These terms can change without notice. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the change.
9. Contact
Reach the maintainer through the project repository or the domain contact.
